We've had a fabulous time here. You have a beautiful home and fabulous accommodation matched with delicious home made food. We looked forward to our breakfast every morning. Many thanks also for arranging our trips and dinners. Your advice and recommendations were always spot-on. I hope we'll come back to The bay of Islands, and we'll certainly want to stay here again! We'll be recommending you to friends!

We had a great time with you. Our accommodation, The Majestic Suite, was wonderful: Clean neat lovely light, open and comfy bed. Chris & Geoff are wonderful hosts with great stories, laughable experiences and thank you for suggesting us to play Carrington Golf Course. Splendid but challenging. We spent two wonderful days at 88 Lodge; in particular we enjoyed interesting discussions and information, as we had many questions as to life in New Zealand. The Bay of Islands was an additional fabulous experience.

88 Lodge will go down as our favorite B&B of all time! Ipipiri was awesome. Cilentro for a lovely dinner to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary was divine. A special thank you to Chris who took the time to educate us on wine, bread & dukkah.

What a fabulous place. Thank you so much for allowing us to share your little piece of paradise with you. Such a lovely room with a beautiful garden to look upon & the pool was lovely. One couldn't ask for more kind, charming and attentive hosts. The evening at the cinema will always remain a 'special' memory of our holiday & we have hugely enjoyed our time here & in the area.

Many many thanks for allowing us to partake in your Christmas celebrations. Christmas Day & Boxing Day meals were excellent, and at least meant we did not starve! Your restaurant recommendations were spot on & trips kept us amused. Chris your croissants are fabulous & Geoff your maps are legendary! A thoroughly wonderfully comfortable stay. Finally a good cuppa and at last we find somewhere that serves a good sausage. Much love and fond memories

Many many thanks for the marvelous time we have in this beautiful garden and in this very comfortable Lodge and room. We got many trips ideas and the restaurants have been excellent too, Geoff told us to go there. We really hope the next lodges on our trip would be nearly as good as 88 Lodge

Our birthday treat was to have a second visit. Geoff & Chris did not disappoint us. Although the weather has'nt been great our hosts more than made up for it with their friendliness & hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble. Would like to come back in the future

No matter where you're from or who you are, I don't know how you could possibly find anything but happiness & pleasure with this establishment & more importantly, Geoff & Chris.

Loved our short stay here . En-suite master bedroom real luxury. I'm sure Rip Van Winkle slept in our bed 11/10 Would come again.
